As of today, we are excited to announce that Epiroc has acquired Stanley Infrastructure, including established brands Paladin, LaBounty, STANLEY, Pengo, Intaca, and Dubuis, from Stanley Black and Decker.  We are committed to providing you with high-quality products, services, and support, and we believe that this acquisition will enable us to further enhance our offerings and strengthen our position in the market.

此次收购完成，也标志着史丹利基础设施将成为安百拓工业工具和属具事业部的一员。现有的高端品牌，如Paladin, LaBounty, STANLEY, Pengo和Dubuis将保持不变，我们将继续保持我们在液压属具和工业手持工具领域的市场领导地位。

As a result of the acquisition, Stanley Infrastructure will be known internally as Epiroc Industrial Tools and Attachments. Our current premium brands, Paladin, LaBounty, STANLEY, Pengo, Intaca, and Dubuis, will remain the same, and we will continue to be a market leader in hydraulic attachments and industrial handheld tools.

安百拓(上海)工具有限公司（原 杰亚（上海）矿山设备有限公司）作为安百拓在中国的全资子公司，将负责前史丹利基础设施旗下品牌在中国的业务拓展。

Epiroc Industrial Tools & Attachment is the subsidiary company of Epiroc and registered in China, will be responsible for the business development of the former Stanley Infrastructure brands in China.
